A single cask Glenrothes 1975 21-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released in 1996 or 1997 by mail order independent whisky bottlers Direct Wines for their First Cask series.
This 21-year-old Glenrothes 1975 came from single cask 6056, bottled without colouring or chill filtration at 46%. There were around a dozen of these 1975 Glenrothes sister casks in the First Cask series, generally showing delicious fruit and biscuity flavours.
