A 1978 Glenturret bottled at 21 years of age and 46% by Direct Wines for the First Cask series. These late 1970s Glenturrets could be unusually fruity and waxy with a spicy streak running through them that gives them a highly flavoursome but quite unusual profile. Well worth trying.
