This is from the Hinch distillery’s stash of maturing stock from other Irish distilleries and is a heavily peated triple-distilled Irish single malt of undisclosed age from ex-bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet tar and a smoky, woodish nose with immediate strong peat flavours on the palate.
Taste: Immediate strong peat flavours with lingering and nuanced fruit undertones which survive the peat storm.
Finish: A hint of liquorice comes through on the palate as the peat gently mellows awaiting your next sip.
