A litre bottle of Jack Daniel’s 150th Anniversary Tennessee whiskey. This was a special edition Jack Daniel’s released in 2016 as a limited edition to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the distillery’s founding in 1866.
This jack Daniel’s 150th Anniversary bottling wasn’t just a fancy bottle with the standard JD No.7 inside- the whiskey for this limited edition was aged in special slow-toasted barrels and was bottled at a very sturdy, characterful 100 US proof, equivalent to 50%, ensuring the whiskey is packed with flavour.
The resulting whiskey was a big hit with JD fans, and this limited edition 150th Anniversary bottling of Jack Daniel’s is consequently becoming more and more difficult to find nowadays.
