Produced using a blend of 60% malt, 40% grain and then maturation in ex-bourbon and sherry casks this really is a quality whiskey and they certainly know what they are doing in Cooraclare.
The Gael Batch 2 was bottled in 2019 at an abv of 46% with a yield of just 2800 bottles.
