Description

Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Douglas Laing 70cl / 50%

A single cask Laphroaig 1998 18-year-old Islay single malt whisky released in 2017 by indie bottlers Douglas Laing as part of their Old Particular series. This bottling was the Queen of the Hebrides edition within the Old Particular Consortium of Cards limited series.

This 18-year-old Laphroaig 1998 was bottled by Douglas Laing without colouring or chill filtration from a single refill sherry butt cask that yielded 665 bottles at a great drinking strength of 50%, one of Douglas Laing’s preferred bottling strengths.

Please Note: This bottle is a part of a large batch of bin-ends we recently picked up at a great price, enabling us to pass on savings to our customers. However, only one or two bottles of each product were included in the parcel – so when they’re gone they’re gone! Please note that due to the size and nature of this batch of stock, some labels and boxes may show signs of wear.
