Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: Douglas Laing 70cl / 54.3% A 20 year old Macallan bottled by Douglas Laing in 2009 to mark their 60th Anniversary. Matured in refill hogsheads before at least ten years of finishing in a sherry hogshead with an outturn of just 199 bottles at 54.3%. This is a great example of finishing that really works. Soft sherry fruits well balanced with the cereal fatness of the distillate. A terrific Macallan.
