An old bottle of Macallan Gold, one of the short-lived colour-based editions in the Macallan 1824 collection which ran from 2012 until 2018.
Bottled at 43% after maturation in sherry casks, this easygoing no-age-statement Macallan has a gentle, clean, sweet, spicy palate with natural caramel, biscuit, nuts and orchard fruit flavours. An easy-drinking, medium-bodied treat.
