This 15-year-old Mannochmore 2007 came from a single hogshead cask that yielded 280 bottles at Wemyss’ preferred strength of 46%, and has been titled First Wind as a tribute to its character, described as ‘Lively and invigorating, with fresh green apple, sweet fruit and a tart lime finish.’
