A single cask Mortlach 2007 17-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their prestige Symington’s Choice range.
The Symington’s Choice bottlings are reserved only for those casks that receive Signatory owner Andrew Symington’s highest seal of approval. This 17-year-old Mortlach 2007 came from single cask 201, after finishing in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded 655 bottles at its natural cask strength of 56.8%. Sherried Mortlach is generally one of the safest bets in the whisky business, and this should be a particularly great one.
