This 8-year-old Pebdryn 2015 came from single cask 1177, a first fill bourbon barrel bottled without colouring or chill filtration at its natural cask strength of 56.9% yielding a total of 247 bottles. Cask strength indie Penderyns are not exactly abundant, so fans of Welsh single malt whisky would be well advised to swoop in while they can.
