The higher ABV brings out those lovely sweet botanicals from the Bombay recipe. It is smooth, clean and powerful. Initial juniper and aromatic spice flavours lead to a delicious sweetness.
Pickering’s Navy Strength gin (AKA The Bearskin Gin) is also the official gin of The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and to celebrate this each bottle is topped off with a mini bearskin covering the stopper – what a nice touch!
Serving Suggestions
The Perfect Serve
Fill a hi-ball or gin goblet with ice.
Add 50ml of gin and 150ml of tonic, and a big squeeze of lime.
Given the strength of this gin, it also makes for a delicious martini and stands up very well in most classic gin cocktails.
