A discontinued variation of the Speyburn 25-year-old Solera. This is a marriage of various cask types including American fino sherry & bourbon. They were carefully selected by distillery manager Bobby Anderson.
The Solera system is a continuous method of blending casks together. The end result is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky of great quality and consistency.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Light Chardonnay with a golden hue.
Aroma: Sweet honey notes with fragrant floral overtones; hints of citrus fruits.
Taste: Full-bodied and sweet to start; traces of toffee, vanilla and dried fruit (raisins) well balanced with a smooth long finish.
