A single cask Teaninich 2007 17-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled in 2024 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their prestige Symington’s Choice range.
This 17-year-old Teaninich 2007 came from single cask 3, after finishing in a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead that yielded 347 bottles at a rather poky 55.1%. The Symington’s Choice range, as the name suggests, is reserved for casks that Signatory / Edradour owner Andrew Symington is particularly proud of, and these ones look like jaw-droppingly good value.
