This rather remarkable aged Irish whiskey was distilled in 1983 and matured for 30 years in Bourbon casks. Limited to only 250 bottles this is very much in the same vein as Teeling’s other excellent aged releases. Excessive tropical fruit notes with bags of honey, light buttery cereal notes and a long lingering complexity. Brilliant whiskey that shines a light onto just how magnificent Irish whiskey can be.
