Released in autumn 2022, The Lakes Infinity Whiskymaker’s Edition further explores the distillery’s fruitful symbiosis with sherry casks, including some American oak casks seasoned with rare Palo Cortado sherry.
The Lakes distillery’s Whiskymaker’s Editions are among the most complex English malt whiskies around, with departed former Master Blender Dhavall Gandhi still on board as a consultant and very much involved with each new creation from the distillery. Bottled at a no-nonsense 52%, the Infinity Whiskymaker’s Edition may well be the most intricate, multi-layered whisky released from The Lakes distillery so far.
