A 1981 Macallan bottled in 2015 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Speymalt series. Another rather incredible long aged Macallan from G&M. This one is a bit less sherry driven meaning more of Macallan’s robust and rich distillery character shines through. A slightly different but totally delicious old Macallan.
