Tomatin 30 Year Old Single Speyside Malt Scotch Whisky.
A classic vatting of two ex Spanish Oloroso sherry cask finishes, chosen Distillery Manager Douglas Campbell.
Tasting notes:
Colour: deep gold.
Aroma: polished leather, fruit cake, orange and cloves. Some brine in the background. Well rounded suggests full body.
Taste: orange spice; very smooth, almost creamy.
Finish: quite long, satisfying, front-of-palate.
