A single cask ‘Undisclosed Orkney’ single malt whisky from the 1999 vintage, bottled as a 24-year-old in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration for the Infrequent Flyers series.
This 24-year-old Orkney 1999 was finished in a Moscatel hogshead cask that yielded 286 bottles at its natural cask strength of 51.3%. These undisclosed HPs are almost unfailingly excellent drams, and the Moscatel finish should give a lovely extra layer of nutty, fruity sweetness.

Colour: Burnt amber.
Nose: Slightly burnt almond pralines, rum and raisin fudge, and toasted waffles.
Palate: Sweet, creamy caramel fudge. Stewed raisins and sultanas combine with Butterkist toffee popcorn, with a touch of ginger snaps.
