A 1983 Port Ellen distilled during its final few months of operation and bottled at 24 years of age and 46% by Douglas Laing for their Provenance series. Beautifully grizzly peat, smoked kippers, oysters with lemon juice and delicate woody smokiness. Very typical 80s Port Ellen and very delicious.
