This splendid 1997 Balblair 25-year-old came from a single refill bourbon barrel that yielded 163 bottles at its natural strength of 54.7%. Balblair really gets into its stride at this sort of age, and a refill bourbon cask will always let the spirit shine, so this should be superb.
