Balvenie 40-year-old Rare Marriages has been assembled by the distillery’s legendary Malt Master David Stewart from a combination of traditional and European oak casks and is a limited edition bottled at its natural cask strength of 42.2%. You won’t find many classier after-dinner drams than this.

Nose: Honey and orange marmalade notes mingle with a creamy fruitiness.
Palate: Orange blossom, candied ginger and a honeyed sweetness, followed by oak, mouth-coating vanilla notes and a delicate, sherried fruitiness.
Finish: Warm and elegant with a honeyed, citrus richness.
