Bottled without colouring or chill filtration, this 30-year-old Benrinnes 1995 was bottled from single cask 102 after finishing in a second fill Pedro Ximenez sherry cask and was an edition of 341 bottles at a natural cask strength of 49.1%. Benrinnes is a hefty spirit that loves sherry cask maturation, so this should be a gem.
