This 13-year-old Blair Athol 2011 was bottled by Adelphi from single cask 305319, a first fill bourbon barrel that gave up an impressive 288 bottles at a mighty natural cask strength of 58.3%. Blair Athol is a favourite for indie bottlers and with top class casks like this it’s easy to see why.
