The follow-up to St Lucia Distillers’ superb 2005 vintage, Chairman’s Reserve 2009 is an 11-year-old rum released in the latter part of 2021.
Assembled by head Blender Deny Duplessis from a varied mix of pot and column still distillates, which were then returned to ex-bourbon casks to marry before the final vatting, Chairman’s Reserve 2009 is silky-textured golden rum with a generously fruity palate enhanced by notes of spices, leather and tobacco.
