This single cask Dailuaine 2008 was bottled in 2021 as a 13-year-old for the Infrequent Flyers series, clocking in at 56.5% and yielding a nice round 250 bottles from cask #306833.

Colour: Golden amber.
Nose: Grassy and light. Cereal notes and digestive biscuits.
Palate: Lovely sweetness here – custard creams, heather honey and cookie dough. Punchy, with a hint of cloves.
