Tasting Notes
Palate: Caramelised orange, ginger, and sultanas, all laced with honey.
Palate: Dark chocolate and crushed almonds. with a dusting of cinnamon.
Finish: Sweet mangoes, panna cotta, and lemon sponge cake.
