Description
Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 48.2%
A small batch Edradour 2012 12-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled on 2024’s Leap Day, 29th February, without colouring or chill filtration.
This 12-year-old Edradour 2012 was fully matured in a small batch of ten first fill Madeira hogshead casks and yielded a generous 3987 bottles at a hearty 48.2%. Madeira is a sherry-like fortified wine from the Portuguese islands of the same name and adds a raisiny nuttiness to whatever it encounters, so this should be delicious.
