A litre of Glen Ord 12-year-old from around the turn of the millennium. This is a ridiculously underrated Highland whisky that is sadly no longer available on these shores, having been absorbed into the Singleton range for the Asian market.
These old 12-year-old Glen Ord litres would have been distilled in the late 1980s and are still terrific value. A very easy-drinking, moreish whisky with a lovely combination of sweetness and spice.
