A cask strength 25-year-old Glenfarclas 1995 bottled from a single cask without colouring or chill filtration for the Summer 2021 outturn of Glenfarclas’s superb Family Casks series.
This Family Casks 1995 Glenfarclas 25-year-old came from Cask 6765, a fourth-fill sherry butt that yielded 492 bottles at an impressive strength of 57.7%. A rich, complex multi-layered dram showing a more restrained sherry influence but with plenty of sweet fruit and delicious oaky spices.
