From Glenfarclas’s Summer 2021 outturn of Family Casks, this Glenfarclas 1989 31-year-old was bottled from a single sherry butt at its natural cask strength of 51.9%.
Glenfarclas 1989 Cask #13007 yielded a generous 606 bottles, but we can’t see this staying on the shelves too long – the 1989 vintage of Glenfarclas has produced some spectacular bottlings for The Family Casks in the past, and this looks to be another stunner at a pretty much perfect natural drinking strength.
