A Lagavulin 11-year-old Islay single malt whisky bottled in 2013 for Diageo’s Manager’s Dram Series at a punchy cask strength of 57.1%.

First introduced as an employee perk in 1988, The Manager’s Dram is a series of annual staff-only whiskies chosen by the malt distilling managers of United Distillers (now Diageo), who judge samples of their favourite casks from each of their respective distilleries and collectively choose the best. These amazing whiskies are never available for general retail and consequently have long been sought by whisky collectors for their scarcity and by drinkers for their outstanding quality.
