Gordon & MacPhail’s Distillery Labels series is a celebration of those select distilleries with which Scotland’s largest independent bottler has had a particularly special relationship over the decades.
Linkwood is one of those lucky few distilleries and it’s no exaggeration to say that the majority of the greatest bottlings from this tremendous distillery have appeared in G&M colours, with some of the most memorable being Linkwood 25-year-olds.
This Linkwood 25-year-old by Gordon & MacPhail for the Distillery Labels series has a sherry-influenced character and benefited greatly from the well-received decision to up the strength of these bottlings to 46%, allowing the flavours to sparkle even more brightly.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich sherry aromas accompany subtle aniseed and cherries.
Palate: Sweet, smooth fruitcake evolves into stewed fruit and toasted hazelnuts.
Finish: A long finish of lingering charred oak.
