A single cask Longmorn 2005 19-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2024 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their Symington’s Choice range of prestige single cask releases.
This 19-year-old Longmorn 2005 came from single cask 18070, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that bestowed a beautiful deep chestnut brown colour to the spirit, and yielded a total of 619 bottles at a frankly astonishing natural cask strength of 62.6%.
