Milk & Honey Classic is the standard core range bottling from Israel’s Milk & Honey distillery, and is bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration.
Milk & Honey distillery was founded in 2013 and was a client of the late uber-consultant Dr. Jim Swan, so much of their whisky is matured in ex-bourbon and Shaved, Toasted & Recharred (STR) red wine casks. Milk & Honey Classic Single Malt is made with whisky from both these types of cask and is a medium-bodied dram with plenty of vanilla sweetness.

Tasting Notes
Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Gentle vanilla sweetness, followed by light oak and floral notes.
Palate: Light body, vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness, balanced by oaky notes and light black pepper spiciness.
Finish: Short but delicate. The oak notes linger in the palate for a while with a nice light spiciness.
