Released in Autumn 2022, this 15-year-old Glen Moray is part of North Star’s Periodical range, a special series of occasional bottlings of casks that don’t have much whisky left in them.
The principle behind the Periodical series is that these casks are released in 50cl bottles at 50% strength and cost no more than £50, which seems extremely fair, especially when it’s an Oloroso sherry hogshead of 15-year-old Glen Moray. This should be a treat.
