A small batch Orkney (HP) 2011 14-year-old sherry-finished Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage for their splendid 100-Proof Editions series. As with all Signatory’s whiskies, this sherry-finished Orkney (HP) 2011 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
This small batch 14-year-old Orkney (HP) 2011 was finished in first fill Palo Cortado sherry hogshead casks and was bottled at 100 UK Imperial proof, aka 57.1%. Palo Cortado is the rarest type of sherry and is one of the best for whisky maturation.
