The Irishman Cask Strength is an annual small batch release from Walsh Whiskey, and the 2022 release was a limited edition of just over 6000 bottles worldwide. The casks for each Irishman Cask Strength edition are chosen personally by founder Bernard Walsh and this 2022 release is a high quality combo of orchard fruits and patisserie spices.

Taste: Sweet apple blossom, wild honeycomb and nutty spice.
Finish: Walnut, chocolate and toasted oak.
