This Tomatin 2010 has been bottled at a very approachable 43% and, as the Discovery name suggests, this is pretty much the perfect bottle for anyone wishing to explore Highland single malt, Tomatin or bourbon cask maturation.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Fragrant lemon zest, rich tropical fruit and honeydew melon, smooth dried pineapple.
Palate: Smooth and dried pineapple flavours compliment ripe green apple ad brown sugar.
Finish: A full finish with lingering malted biscuit and charred oak.
