This Old Particular 12-year-old Jura 2011 was bottled from a refill barrel cask 17757, yielding 236 bottles at the Old Particular preferred strength of 48.4%. It’s always great to try a ‘natural’ refill cask Jura bottled without the dubious benefits of caramel colouring and chill filtration – if you haven’t had the pleasure, this 12-year-old looks perfect for the task.
