A limited edition Mac-Talla Pedro Ximenez Islay single malt whisky released in 2026 by indie bottlers Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers.
This Mac-Talla PX Limited Edition comes from a mystery Islay distillery and spent time maturing in Pedro Ximenez casks before being bottled without colouring or chill filtration at its hearty natural cask strength of 52.8%. Mac-Talla have been bottling some delicious sherried Islay whiskies recently – this PX edition follows on from a very nice Oloroso limited edition released in 2024.

Official Tasting Note:
Sticky dates, raisins and gentle peat. Dark dried fruit, warm treacle toffee and coastal brine brought together with rich and intense layers of raisins, dates and a hint of spice.
