A 21-year-old Irish single malt whiskey released by Teeling in 2023 as the first bottling in their Rising Reserve series.
This Teeling 21-year-old Rising Reserve is a limited edition of 6000 bottles at 46% and was batched from whiskies matured in ex-bourbon wood before being finished in casks that formerly housed the rare Portuguese fortified wine Carcavelos.

Nose: Green apples, honeyed citrus and candyfloss.
Palate: Stewed fruits with caramel, wood tannins and cinnamon spice.
Finish: Long finish with wood notes and rich roasted cacao.
